How it works An account is created or updated in Salesforce. Workato searches for a matching customer in NetSuite by account name. If no matching customer is found in NetSuite, Workato creates a new customer. If a matching customer is found in NetSuite, Workato updates that customer.
How it works A NetSuite invoice is paid. Workbot posts a message in Slack with invoice details. Notes Workbot must be invited to Slack channels before it can post messages in those channels.
How it works A new support case is created in NetSuite. Workato creates a folder in Box with the NetSuite case number as the folder name, if it doesn't already exist. Workato creates a shared link to the Box folder.

How it works A customer is created in NetSuite. Workato creates a new folder in Dropbox and names it with the NetSuite customer ID (entity ID).
