Agentic AI

Beyond automation and integration, we help customers build and deploy agentic AI systems that reduce manual effort across IT operations in retail, healthcare, finance, and beyond. Our published Workato Genies include:

• Sales Call Analysis Genie automatically scores sales call transcripts against a value-based selling methodology, extracts objections, buying signals, competitor mentions, and loss risk indicators, and generates rep-level coaching narratives. It routes Needs Intervention or Coaching Example alerts to sales leadership in near-real time, with every scorecard persisted for downstream analytics.
• Order Management Genie brings order accuracy and inventory intelligence into Slack, Workato GO, and other collaboration platforms. It validates incoming orders against account, address, and field requirements before they enter downstream systems, and generates replenishment recommendations based on inventory levels, forecasted demand, and safety stock thresholds.
• Employee Expense Genie automates the full expense lifecycle within Slack and Workato GO. Employees submit expenses conversationally; the Genie extracts receipt data, validates against company policy, triggers multi-step approval workflows by user, department, and amount, and syncs approved expenses to financial systems such as Coupa and ERP platforms.
